Each row is one lobbyist on one filing, with the covered government positions they disclosed. Optional `ticker` filters to one company and `date_from` / `date_to` (YYYYMMDD) bound the filing posted date; results are paginated via `page` (1-based) and `page_size` (default and max 1000). **Plan:** included in every plan, from Hobbyist up.
